CRYING OVER SPILT MILK

1Samuel 16:1
And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long will thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel?...

Is there something one can do to recover his spilt milk? One thing that the devil uses to hinder the progress of many is their past mistakes. Human as we are, we are bound to make mistakes and your ability to put those mistakes behind you and move on is very crucial to your success. It doesn't matter how grievous it may be. You can get over it if you choose to, and move on with your life. Only those who have never tried something new before, never make mistakes. I wonder why Prophet Samuel was mourning, because he didn't choose to anoint Saul as King, GOD did. Sometimes, instead of learning the lessons GOD is trying to teach us through our past mistakes, we waste time and energy crying over something we can never reverse.

If one door closes, another one will surely open if you position yourself well, though it may not be immediate. If you lost your job, relationship, money, pregnancy, reputation, etc, that is not the end. GOD is preparing another one for you this year. Press towards the goal (Phi 3:14). The fact that you failed doesn't mean you will never pass. Try again! I pray that as you press towards your goal greater doors will open for you.

but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
