Spoiled by my Girlfriend ❤️🌸❤️
It's had living a distant relationship with someone you love yes you can talk and text over the phone but it's not the same as been close to your loved one touch , cuddle and share a smile together. Today was the day we were meeting after not seeing her for 2 months as i had been around the country side on business. So getting back to her home this morning after 2 months we decided to go to our local market to get some fresh fruits and veggies so she could cook up my favorite Thai dishes that she knows i love.
I always love going to the Thai local markets everything is always fresh daily and there fruit and veggies are all organic.
Strawberries are now in season here in Thailand and they are so cheap compared to my country back home i have them for breakfast with oatmeal , mix them in my fruit smoothies or just eat them fresh out of her strawberry garden which is bearing strawberries at the moment.
And home it was after we collected all we needed to make my favorite Thai dishes of course i would help her wash up and cut up the veggies but my girl would do the cooking she has got the better know how on that department.
First of was this chopped up fresh fish bits with red curry with berry rice , chopped up green chili and fresh fennel leaf to take some sting away from the spiciness.
Then came the pork mince wrapped in small thin rice sheets mixed with green papaya with a base of Thai basil mixed with hot spices of course and more fresh fennel leaves , i love my spices dishes.
And the most favorite that i love is the Lab Gai which is chicken mince spicy with some mint and Thai basil and small chopped up red onions , little bit of garlic bread and half of avocado just to smooth of the spiciness this dish is just superb. Well if this didn't keep you from getting CoronaVirus i don't know what will 😅 I could not have asked for anymore it was a great evening spent with my loved one ❤️ 🦋 ❤️
