Using Gift Cards
I am not one for buying gift cards anymore, as we have had multiple places that we bought them for go out of business. The most recent was I pic movie theater, in which we had 50 dollars. They closed down, and there was nothing we could do, no refunds, no service, all my problem. So lately we have been making it a priority to use any and all gift cards to restaurants, not only to get a night off of cooking, but to also make sure we do not lose what we have. I read a article last year about the bank of Starbucks, and they were referring to the 3 + billion that they have in unused gift cards out there. That is insane. Lots of money just lost or forgotten about it. Here is a graph
Wow it is crazy having some of the gift cards get unused @bigram13 my mother also had one but not sued too.
