Tsukiji fish market sushi bar - Tokyo - Japan
On Tsukiji fish market you can get best and most fresh fish ever. There is loads of small restaurants there serving those and here is one that i have entered.
Dont knwo its name as it was all japanese + there is really many spots there to visit. I wouldnt know what it was at all.
Of course there is sushi running all around but you can just order from sushi master nad he makes one dedicated for you.
On the end they count plates and check their color and you pay for it. All cash, no credit cards.
It must be super fresh!

Wow, now i'm starting to miss Tsukiji. I loved the fresh fish and walking around the place. Getting the fishmonger to do a sashimi cut of the tuna belly was a treat. And it was about 1/3 of the price we get here.
Yes i also ate fresh tuna there cut on the market into pieces. Will post pictures sometime :)
