Day 2 of my 100 rep challenge for 30 days. I squeezed most of my reps in before jiujitsu.
I got to 75 total reps and had to finish up at home before bed. I was not fast enough to do them all before class so but had some fun rolls and I got to show the small noon class at the one of my gyms that I go train at. Its in middle of NYC and conveniently located close to landmarks. I am lucky to be in such a great city with allot of high quality BJJ instruction. I prefer small gyms though versus big factories.

We all win. Its 100 reps a day of jumping jacks, squats, pushups and abs. For 30 straight days.
