Application for residency in Sweden from USA

Today I reclaimed my residency in Sweden 🇸🇪. I also started the application process for my daughter to be listed as a Swedish citizen. And third I will start the application to make my American wife a resident.
So the process for me is fairly straightforward, I never relinquished my Swedish citizenship.
I just have to take up residency in Sweden again.

It will actually be 17 years since I lived in Sweden. I know my family is very happy, and I am excited. Although the move won’t happen for another year my family is very happy.

Since my baby girl is born in USA 🇺🇸 she is automatically American. Normally she would have to wait in line and apply with a long list of foreigners but since I’m still Swedish and me and my wife married. She does not have to wait just like me list residency.

As I anticipated my spouse would be a problem, but they informed me that since we are married and have a a kid, she does not have to leave the country to apply. So the status is now that we wait to get a citizen number for my daughter. Once we get that we can get work and Swedish support.

Usually the wait lists are longer but I come from a small city. I would urge any immigrants or re settlers or migrants to find one of the smeller cities for expedited service with all government inquiries.
