Heavy Metal Monday!
One of the biggest problems Metal Heads encounter is not being able to remember all the bands they've heard of. There's always that Swedish band with the really cool keyboard thing, the Death Metal band with that growl thing, or that Power Metal band with the awesome guitar riff. Whatever yours is, we all have those forgotten bands. It amuses me knowing that even I am not exempt, and this post could one day contain someones forgotten band XD
I think it fitting that, seeing as how I'm a minnow in the world of Steemit, I should highlight a minnow from the world of Metal. The band is named Black Moor, and they are from Nova Scotia. I stumbled upon this band for the first time at Spread The Metal 2012. I hadn't heard of them before, but they covered Hook In Mouth by Megadeth, and I've been a fan ever since.
Black Moor have released 3 albums as of this writing. The band has progressed quite a bit over the years. The difference in quality from their first to their second album is quite noticeable. I mean, I really like The Conquering(1st album), but I LOVED Lethal Waters(2nd album). This album has a lot of solid tracks. Thunderhead is no exception, because this song F*****G SLAYS! It's 3 minutes and 48 seconds of pure thrash, and that's what I love about it.

I hear a little "Run To The Hills" by Iron Maiden in there.
You might remember this band and song, its an oldie but goodie, back in the very early days of Thrash.
