[Poem - With Audio] A Quiet Place
Oh give me a quiet place,
Where I might be alone!
A quiet, lonely place apart,
From this blaring, raucous life,
Where teeming throngs so noisy stamp about!
A secret spot protected,
From all that clamors, worldly strife,
Where peace, so still, abides within—
I cannot live without!
A place to lay my weary head,
Where I can rest in peace.
A place to keep me for awhile,
And put the world at bay,
And calm my jangled nerves on edge,
And make the noises cease,
And renew me with a soothing spell,
While I am locked away…
Note: I've been encouraged by some of the feedback I've gotten, so my plan is to continue re-posting poems from the last several months, but now including an audio clip going forward. I'll also be sprinkling in some new (or at least previously unpublished) poems here and there.
Every persons need a time to stay alone and thinking about him/her self.

Oh! I think forest is the quiet place! Under the green wood tree. May be i am wrong.. may be it has better place to get peace.
Second option Make your mind according to your dream, that will give quiet place as well. Thanks for your another excellent poem.
