Sacrifices and selflessness
This is more of a tale..
There lived a community, this community lived in suffering and pain where in each family, it's either there is no peace or there is lack of food to eat and many other things occurred in the land. The source of all these happenings was the sin a man committed in the early beginnings.
The only way out for the full community to be free was for any family in the community to sacrifice a child. No one was willing to do so, nobody had the mind to even think of it. This atrocities continued in the land and people weren't happy because of the lack of freedom.
This was what happened over 2000years ago and that is how the world would have been if God never gave his only begotten son to come and give his life as a sacrifice for the sin of mankind. Nobody will be willing to sacrifice his or her own child not even talk of only child. We owe him our lives, we owe him appreciations on a daily basis.
Jesus is the reason for this season. We must acknowledge the fact the went through pain just to save mankind. Although many Christians still wallow in sin knowing that Jesus came and died for them. Live right and please God, serve God well.

Jesus is the reason for this season, And we should try to abide by all the commandments. Jesus died for us so that we might be saved and live a sin free life.
Yes, he gave his life just to redeem mankind from all tribulations. Glory!!
