A simple trick on how to raise awareness of Steemit on other platforms such as Reddit

 While we are upgrading the subreddit and adding some more usecases to it than just another way to do #postpromotion on it. I wanted to encourage users to start posting more links on Reddit in the relevant subreddits in general.Lately I've been seeing a lot more posts linked in subreddits such as r/cryptocurrency and r/btc and that's a good sign. Every time one of those links gets a lot of upvotes and attention it brings awareness to the website and our currency. There was a time where there were some conspiracy theoris that some subreddits have shadow-banned links to Steemit all together, can't say I'm sure that r/bitcoin has not. :P 

 With more users here posting and sharing their Steemit links on other subreddits it is growing the SEO a lot and at the same time activity on the platform. As a way to encourage users to do this more, and not just on our subreddit r/steemit, I will shortly start to curate through these submissions and I hope other curators will start doing the same. If there are posts gathering a lot of views they should also be getting some more rewards depending on the content and knowing that these views have not been faked. A good way to find out how these posts are generating a lot of views which many here may not be aware of is this simple link:

Reddit has the option to filter posts by domain name, which makes it really easy for us to check for posts that have received a lot of views. As you can see from a quick glance, many of the popular subreddits with Steemit links on are r/cryptocurrency and r/conspiracy as the userbase on our censorship-resistant platform likes to post a lot about conspiracy theories and other information on other cryptocurrencies while making some rewards at the same time.So while we currently only offer direct sharing to a few platforms such as
