No, you can't just select specific trades unfortunately. The best you can do is cancel specific orders when you open a new copy position whilst the markets are closed.
If you copy a popular investor whilst the markets are closed, then all those new positions are turned into orders which are executed at market open. Because they're orders and not live active positions, you haven't paid any spread fees on them yet, so they can be cancelled without incurring any fees.
In this way, it is possible to be selective, although any future positons taken out by the PI in those assets will be copied in your portfolio. It only works for the first round of buy-ins...
