Galletas con chispas de Chocolate (Susys Cookies)@betzy
Para los Venezolanos hablar de las galletas Susys Cookies ya se le hace agua la boca por lo deliciosas que son, pues en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta muy parecida a este tipo de galletas, en especial a las de " Chispas de Chocolate" y quedan con aquel sabor parecido a las Susys Cookies ,sin más preámbulos comencemos!
Ingredientes:
250 gr de harina de trigo
1/2 cda de bicarbonato
80 gr de margarina
250 gr de azúcar
1 huevo
1 cda de vainilla
250 gr de chispas de chocolate
Preparación:

En un bol colocar la harina, el bicarbonato y reservar.

Por otro lado,batir la mantequilla más el azúcar por varios segundos.

batir el huevo más la vainilla.
paso4
Mezclar y amasar todos los ingredientes en el bol, más las chispas de chocolate. Amasar hasta que quede una masa consistente.
paso 5
Enharinar un molde y colocar bolitas más pequeña que una pelota de golf y luego hornear a 180 grados centígrados por 10 minutos o hasta que dore la parte inferior de las galletas. Y finalmente dejar enfriar y YUMMY!!

I hope you don't mind this comment as it's a little off-topic.
I'm not sure if you've noticed already but your SP has increased lately. I have managed to get support from a few people who seem to appreciate my work here on Steemit and are interested to see our community grow.
