Method :

Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for half an hour. Add oil to the pan and heat it, put green gram and carrot in hot oil, let it run and cover 2-3 minutes on a low flame and cook until it becomes sugar and take it in a different cup.

Put cumin seeds in the remaining oil, after frying cumin, add big cardamom seeds, cut cinnamon, black pepper and cloves in small pieces, lightly fry them, add green chilli and ginger and fry them lightly, add rice even now Serve it, add salt and roast it for 2 minutes while stirring all the spices and coating on the rice. Put 2 cups of water and mix it. Cover the casserole for 5 minutes and let it cook on a low flame. Open the lid and put roasted green gram and carrot, add lemon juice and a little chopped coriander and mix it again, cover the rice again and let it cook on low flame. Check the rice every five minutes and run it well, it takes around 15 minutes to cook rice. Turn off the gas and let the rice cover. After 10 to 15 minutes, Cholia rice casserole is ready, serve green gram casserole with yogurt, chutney, lentils or anybody, and eat it.
