What happened to environmental sanitation

A refuge dump is needed everywhere but when we ignore the fact that our streets should be left dirty then we ourselves are dirty. I felt bad when I saw this today, it’s like nobody cares about our hygiene that the main road is now where we dump our waste materials.
People’s houses re around this place, the main express road leading to my village is along this path but people decide to dump waste here and nobody cares. Our government doesn’t have people to check the city and keep it clean any longer, everyone is living and doing whatever he or she wants.
