how to produce doughnut.here are the recipes:

flour-6cups,

butter-1/3 sachet,

egg-2 raw egg,

yeast-2teaspoon,

milk-a tin,

little qauntity of water for mixing,

one and half bottle of oil for deep trying.

method of preparation.sieve flour and salt into a bowl ,

rub in the fat .cream yeast with sugar and little quantity of water,

add tepid milk and beaten egg .

pour into the flour little by little and mix to a soft dough,

beat thouroghly with the hand and leave to rise until it double its size.

knead lightly on a floured board,divide into 12 portions,

and roll each portion out lightly .put a little jam in the centre of each .

gather the edges over jam and press edges together.

place on a greased baking ray and leave in a warm place to rise until yhey are well risen.

heat oil until smoking faintly.

fry doughnut a few at a time until they are golden brown .food is ready.thanks for starting something to day.
