🍋ColorChallenge - Wednesday Yellow - Harley Quinn🍋
We were doing a photoshoot inspired by Sucker Punch of a Harley Quinn aka Babydoll. In fact i have found the casting with this concept on BeScouted applied to it and got approved. It had the concept ready, makeup and hairstylists in place already so it was fast and efficient.
The whole edit took about an hour as i needed to learn how to put that gold texture over the skin to look more or less realistic. Overlay blending mode worked the best for me with the texture and of course some masking and color correction adjustments were done to get the look i was going for and some dodging and burning to give it the shine feel.

Yes I see it now. How did I even miss that? I even upvoted that post. Anyways I just clicked and I'm in love all over again. You really have a knack in bring the right emotions out of your models. The facial expressions captured so perfectly really speak volumes and make the photos a success in my opinion. Thanks for sharing!
Well with full honesty sometimes we just click on a post without even paying deserved attention to it. it depends on the time we have on our hands at the moment. The way the things work right now is a little bit weird because usually I have more votes on my post than actual views:-) and while steemit is a great blogging platform it's not so good for photography because it just takes too much time from us to appreciate everyone fully. And there are so many great artists to follow you can get lost. That is why we are connecting BeScouted to steem blockchain that would allow to apreciate artwork of photographers models makeup artists and other people in a more time efficient way.
Very true. There's so much content here and honestly it's hard to make the time even to write and post my own. I'm trying though. It will be interesting to see how your marriage of steem and BeScouted works out. I hope for the best possible results. Cheers.
