Do you do sports? This is a friend of my my personal trainer for my MMA classes. A very nice guy and not mean at all as often people thing of Martial Arts Fighters.

We did this one for the advertising purposes of his Private Classes. You'd be surprised how many girls take them, as they are perfect for weight control issues. So much better than working out with free weights.

And did i tell you what a nice guy he is? :)
