When I Met You

I feel weird about so many things. It's not the bad kind of weird. It's a good kind of weird. I used to be confused about the world and I had this melancholy mode that made me shut myself from a lot of things. I questioned everything and I hated everything I had. It's different now for a reason. I have found peace. I have found peace when I met you.

I feel like I'm reborn and I have a spirit of a puppy. Not just any puppy, but this cute, cuddly, fluffy, innocent-looking puppy I have here. I want to call him Teddy because, obviously, he looks like a Teddy. It's too young at two months, but I don't want it to grow. I just want him to be like that until the end.

I don't know how to explain myself but I used to be this careless beast and now I am this puppy. Or I see myself in this puppy. It's young and happy. He looks like he'll be affectionate to his furdad and be loyal.
He'll be easy to train and he will be cushy and cuddlesome.

I never thought I'd actually compare myself to a puppy. I'm a sucker for cute dogs but I never thought I'd be giddy about one. I guess, I'm just happy. Like this charming puppy, I have found a home and a loving arm to take me. Thank you.
