Resolutions Again: Comedyopenmic 43
The new year is finally upon us, after waiting so long, its here again. However, it all feels too similar, like a deja vu if I may.

The recurring theme of getting all excited and making these new year "resolutions" that we never keep is fucking annoying. During a whatsapp conversation between myself and a girl thats not interested in sleeping with me, we talked about this same shit. It was 29th December and she said she's already compiled her new years resolution then enquired if I made mine; I told her I'm still working on the resolutions I made in 2012 so I'd sit this one out like last year. She found it sparsely funny but I'm hoping you(the reader) find it funnier.
Anyways, she said her new year's resolution will be to stop procrastinating and also express herself better. Now I've never understood how these bloody resolutions work, there seems to be a notion that the "new year" is actually doing the work so there's no point in working on yourself, just wait for the new year.
Further inquest showed that she intends to make those life changes by 2019 and no earlier, so its basically like her final procrastination before the "new year" comes by and takes it all away. .jpeg)
Oh well, she's still not changed her stance about having sex with me but I think there's some hope. She texted me and I quote "You're not the disgusting pig you came off as seeming like from the start". Thats progress in my books.

Lol. Weight related resolutions I never make. I like food too much to deprive myself of any one. I'm eating high and low calories, I don't discriminate. Jesus and Allah both hate discriminators.
