Like many whisk(e)y fans, I’ve been drinking more rye in recent years. The category has boomed as drinkers have discovered the charms of rye, the mellow sweetness the grain can impart, and personally, rye has now moved above bourbon in my drink ordering pantheon.
Never tried rye whiskey, but after the first season of moonshiners, I been wanting to.
Nice to know Jack is bringing it back.
rye is a tasty option. not so sure about the Jack rye, but Sazarack (my personal favorite), Rittenhouse and Templeton have a nice rye option.
