Art - Wolverine from the 90's! - A print for San Diego Comic Con

As some of you might know.. Next week is 'San Diego Comic Con' !
I'll be flying to San Diego upcoming weekend to attend SDCC as an artist!.. In the Artist alley!
So.. If you are going? Please drop by! I'll be at table:

In the artist alley I'll ofcourse be selling some prints, originals and sketching a bit to pass the time! :)
It will be my first con in the US so I'm really curious and anxious at the same time!

Importing the artwork across the border could even turn out to be a very difficult hurdle I'll have to take.
We'll have to see what happens there!
So for comic-con i have of course made some comic-con prints.. The latest to be added to the collection is this 90's wolverine.
Í'll share you how I made it here! :D
I start with the initial sketch:
These are always rough and contain enough information for me to start working on something.. At this point I can already see where I will take it.
I refined the sketch into a more detailed linework and added a solid color underneath.
I then added solid colors and start planning the shadows
Shadows and lights added time to refine.. refine and refine :P
Already close to finish.. now its time to tweak the colors and add some texture to make it feel more paper-ish
This is the final piece after tweaking the colors a bit,, adding texture and refining some mistakes made earlier :)

I will have large prints (A3 // 17''x11'' ) available for sale of this one during "San Diego Comic Con" but will also keep a few at home in case people online want to order some! :) These prints have been limited to 20 original prints, they are numbered and the source file has been destroyed since printed. (there are a total of 22 copies, 1 test prints and 1 owner print which has a few different colors. that one will remain in my studio ;) )

Is it common to delete the source file? I would have such a hard time doing that.
It is how these prints become exclusive tho :D there is a limited number.. cant be reproduced anymore :)

This came out so amazing. Also, I've always wanted to go to San Diego Comic Con, hopefully one day I'll be able to. I usually go to New York Comic Con but I feel like that doesn't compare to SDCC
