This looks great. I love these videos, it really helps me out on my journey to learning digital art. I don't use photoshop I have been using Krita which after some updates it's been pretty good. I love your color choice, and the highlights really make things pop.

Hahaha, yeah, it's funny how a lot of 2D people are like that. It's way more connected than one might think. I mean when I do my own projects I wear all those hats as well.
It's tough for me working in 3D actually, I can literally only animate. I mean I know the basics of some of the other disciplines but if you asked me to go and rig a character I'd probably break out in tears.
2D Flash builds? no problem. Spine? also no problem. Want a storyboard? sure thing. Help out with character design? no problemo amigo. XD (I actually got to do this in my first job when they ran out of things for me to animate lol. helping out with character design. that was fun~)

It is a skill which can be practiced/trained! Only thing you need is the patience to keep at it to keep practicing :D
