My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2020

It's time again for the daily report. It is the report from yesterday actually, as I didn't have time to write till now.

So what should I say... It was a very busy day again, much worse than Monday. I had little time to move around and skipped the lunch walk due to bad weather. On top of that I stayed late in the office and even had to finish some work after I got home in the evening.
