Ginger! Is It Important?

Ginger is mostly found in our kitchen. It has tremendous medicinal properties. In Ayuerved ginger play an important role. Mostly we know that ginger is very good for cough and cold but there are so many hidden medicinal properties that usually we don't know.
How tribal people use ginger in so many body disorders :-
When ever loose motions are there then raw ginger in every 2-2 hours you will get relief soon.
Whoever wants to gain weight they must have a ginger before 13 minutes of taking food they must chew ginger very well according to tribal people ginger increases hunger.
Crush fresh ginger and make a paste at some camphor in it and apply on swelled parts it will give you relief very soon.
If sprain is there in foot then apply ginger paste when paste get drys remove it and massage with warm mustard oil.
When there is pain in teeth keeps small pieces of ginger in mouth and you will get relief in sometime.
Boil one tsp (tea spoon) of saunf and 5 gm ginger in glass of water boil it till it remains 1/4 th of glass and have it 3-4 times a day it gives you relief.
