THE BODYGUARD
President Corpulent was a tub of lard,
And, of course, he had a body guard.
In fact he had more than just one.
And each had his own automatic gun.
The bodyguards were as large as the President,
They had to be to take a bullet sent.
With Accuracy in a sniper’s shot,
At the rather revolting fat clot.
There were no shortage of people ready to shoot,
At the obnoxiously corrupt fat galoot!
When President Corpulent was taken in his bulletproof car,
His bodyguards surrounded it, if going far.
The limousine would travel at a fast pace,
With a dozen bodyguards bouncing along in the race.
Arranged around the vehicle like the points on a clock,
Running and puffing, in for a shock.
As Corpulent lay back at his ease,
Whilst his protectors did puff and wheeze.
At their destination, they’d now arrived,
Another trip that fat President had survived.
They opened the bullet proof door,
To pomp and pageantry and much more.
There was a Guard of Honour at attention,
And did we before happen to mention,
That the officer in command was also large,
Waving a ceremonial sword to show he was in charge.
So, President Corpulent took the salute,
Enjoying every moment, the ugly brute.
But, just then, a shot rang out,
A bit of a shame, for it missed the lout.
But the bullet did then come to rest,
In the shoulder of a bodyguard’s vest.
He was spun rapidly around,
Falling, then and there, onto the ground.
Whilst Corpulent jumped back in his car,
Once again escaping injury and scar.
The entourage returned from whence it had come.
Corpulent, for once, had been struck dumb.
President Corpulent was angry and fuming,
Determined to unveil who’d been behind the gun booming.
When he discovered who was that clod,
He’d put him in front of a firing squad!
Now, do we see a pattern emerging here?
Violence begets both violence and fear.
President Corpulent had grasped power through a coup,
He had maintained it with violence through and through.
Now, to avoid the inevitable slide,
He had to plan his protection both far and wide.
If he could hold onto power without being killed.
This was the only way through which he’d be thrilled.
For when he eventually would be overthrown,
People would soon forget he’d ever been known!
beastly...it reminds a lot this stupid fat North-Korean dictator!!!
Of corpulent Presidents the world is full of black and white, even red, but above all we know that they will end badly.

A man drunk with power can do just anything to hold unto it...
that is what we are experiencing in this part of the world..Africa

Hahaha, how nice this. Here in Venezuela we have a corpulent president, who unfortunately and ironic that all end badly, to each one his end comes and justice comes to the surface.
So clever, "violence begets both violence and fear". Brings to mind so many disgusting people in powerful positions all around the world.

These stories are so great! I guess the smartest thing President Corpulent could do would be to cede power little by little, if he doesn't want to lose it completely (and maybe his head, too :D)
