On Top Of A Volcano Crater
Location: Taal, Batangas, Philippines.
Just a couple of hours travel southern part of Manila, the smallest volcano in the world lies in the province of Bantangas, the Taal Vocano. Trekking this volcano doesn't require you to be an experienced hiker, it's actually just a walk in the park for almost an hour. It's a good way of spending quality bonding time with your friends and loved ones for a holiday or weekend getaway.
Once you reached the top of the crater you will be stunned by the natural beauty caused by volcanic eruption. It actually looks like a huge swimming pool surrounded by green landscapes and lava rocks. The water from the crater lake is said to be a cure for skin diseases because of its sulfur content. But the local government is prohibiting people to get into the water though locals said that there is a secret passage to get there.
