Details :

First, I painted the eyes, drawing in the upper part of a strange face with nice strokes.

Then the eyes and other parts of the face and the big hair were painted with black paint first by drawing the spots and drawing them nicely.

Then I painted the face beautifully colorfully with two colors.

Then I painted the big hair beautifully on both sides with different colors.

Then I got a color full two on the head and painted it beautifully and made the background black and made a beautiful vector art.
