Today I'm gonna share with you all "Rabbre". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Milk 2 litter
Sugar as per test

Process:

It's very simple and famous dish in India, Pakistan and Bangaldesh. Just just need to have fresh cow milk.

Take a thik bottom pan. Add milk. Set falm on medium. Get boiled the milk. Oncw it's getting boiled malai will come upside. Qith the help of spoo take aside on the pan. I have clearly shown on my video. Requested to check it out. Do it accordingly. At the end 70-80% milk will make form on malai. Then with the process I have shown mix all with the reat of milk. Add sugar aa per your test.
