Greetings and Salutations,

I hope all Steemians doing good!

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Orange Pan Cake". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Semolina
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lemon juice of 3 lemons
Oil 1/3 cup
Baking powder
Salt

Process:

Mix all the ingredients together without baking powder. Leave it for rest 20/30 minutes. So that semolina will take time for socking. After that add baking powder and mix well. Take a non-stick fry pan. Put little oil. Take a big spoon and spread it. Cover fir 2/3 minutes. Take off the cover turn and put out. With the process make all the pancakes.

Serve with Sliced fruits. A delicious dessert for kids.
