Noler Gurer Pickle

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Noler Gurer Pickle". Hope you'll enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Dry plum
Noler Gur (seasonal ghur)
Process:
It's a delicious pickle, favorite to everyone. Available in the market but it's not hygienic and good for health. So it's better you make at home and enjoy.
Take a pan. Pour all the noler gur and make it warm. Have boiled. When it'll get proper boiled add all the plums. Stir it. Occasionally stir it otherwise it'll take bottom. We'll get all plums little broken. I have shown on my video. So that sweet will go under. And it'll properly cook. It'll take 25-30 minutes.
Remove it from the stove. Cook it and store for a year.
