Dam Pulaw 🍚

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Dum Pulaw". Hope you'll enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Chinigura Rice
Ghee
Dry fruits
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Bay leaves
Sugar
Salt
Oil
Ginger paste
Process:
Take a pan where you'll cook the pulaw. In another pan take water. Water measurement should be double of the rice. As 4 cup rice 8 cup water. Add ghee to that pan. Fry dry fruits and keep them aside. Add bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon and fry untill a flavor come. Then put all the rice and fry it well. Add water, get boiled. Cover for 20 minutes.
Serve with any curry!
