Cauliflower with Yellow Pules

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Cauliflower with yellow pules". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Yellow Pules rosted 1 cup
Cauliflower into pieces
Ginger paste
Ghee
Sugar
Coconut paste
Salt
Cumin powder
Onion sliced (optional)
Green chili
Whole spices
Oil

Process:

Take a pan put ghee and roast the pluses. Then add all the other spices and little water to fry it. Fry with a bit time. So that flavor will come. Then add coconuy paste and cauliflower. Cover it. Cook till the cauliflower tendered. Put out the lid and stir. Again cook for sometime.

Serve with rice or parathas.
