I believe fitness is now a trend that everyone hoping to be fit and healthy. So nowadays a lot of gym or fitness program are out there for you to choose.

But Frog Fitness are inspired to do one equipment that can train whole body. Yes it is, they are introducing a machine called The Frog. If you are fitness training beginner, I believe when first time you try superman training it will be hard for you. But with The Frog, although it Still not easy, but I believe you can get the feeling of it and it is easy to use.

When I see this machine, I realy feels that this machine can easily help a lot people to train their abs faster and more efficient. It is work like a bike, only that u need to pull the resistance band and move forward, with this, not only abs, but it is full body training that very efficient.

I do hope I can get one soon. As compare with results and price, I think it is worth the money.
