Step 1

Step 2
Stack your briquettes in a pyramid formation for the best core heating and heat retention.
Step 3
When the color of the charcoal changes to an ashy grey color, its time to separate the coals and expand your fire to fill the cooking area.
Step 4
Cooking your meat to perfection on the best heat source ever.
