What is Anti-Stalking Screen Lock App? - Our Final Year Project

Hello Steemians! I am going to share "Anti-Stalking Screen Lock Application" which was our final year project.

Introduction

In this era, where smart phone is of immense importance as almost every mobile user contains his private and sensitive data like conversations, photos, call logs etc. in his cell phone. In spite of such worthy device, it is not possible to carry cell phones everywhere all the time. User often leaves their cell phones spare for some time like while taking bath, cell is on charging, busy in some in-house gathering etc. In some cases, any unauthorized person don’t attend to steal one’s mobile but wants to know about one’s private information without him knowing by stalking his mobile in his absence.
“Anti-Stalking Screen Lock” is an Android application which is designed to secure user’s android phone from any such malicious act. This application has two main features. Owner can enable or disable any of these features from application’s profile as per his need.
First feature is capture stalker’s identity. Owner of the mobile will have to set a password/pattern for his screen lock. Anyone, if tries to apply wrong password on screen lock then on his very first attempt a picture will be clicked from user’s cell phone’s front camera silently without the intruder knowing. This picture will be saved in a special folder of user’s photo gallery and as soon as the user will unlock his cell phone he will see a notification of his cell being tried to stalk. On clicking this notification, he will be directed to stalker’s image.
Furthermore, in other feature of this application, user can enable or disable an “Alert buzzer” from the application’s profile. An alert buzzer will start to ring loud right after the picture is being clicked to alert the user while is away that someone is trying to unlock his cell phone without his concern.
