This quote came to my attention while reading a book by an unsuccessful sales rep. When he said his thoughts were telling him things like this every single day, his actions also kept telling him the same thing. He would pick up a new paper and read one of the most successful pages in the history of the book and it would spark off all kinds of thoughts in him that made him say, "That's great! I should be so good like that!"


What is it about our thoughts that get us in trouble? Well, it seems that most people have no idea how their thoughts effect their actions. Most of the time, the actions they take aren't even as successful as they could have been had their thoughts been more peaceful. Our thoughts and actions are completely controlled by our beliefs and perceptions. If you believe something to be true when you're actually having a hard time believing it, your actions will be directed in line with what you believe.

Have you ever found yourself doing something you know you shouldn't be doing? Maybe you're overweight or don't like working out, but you do it anyway. Why? Because of your beliefs about yourself and your body.

When you believe that you're overweight, you'll tend to act like you are. Your actions will be directed in line with what you believe because your thoughts are telling you that you need to be in shape. When you try to lose weight and exercise, you'll do things that will help you get there faster. Your actions and thoughts keep telling you that way. It's only a matter of changing your thoughts to match your actions.

To change your thoughts to match your actions, you have to make sure you believe that you can achieve whatever you want out of life. That doesn't mean that you have to become a millionaire, a beauty pageant winner, or an Olympic gold medal winner. That doesn't mean you have to become a better person or a calmer person. What it does mean is that you have to believe that you can do whatever it is you want out of your life. If you want to lose weight, start jogging.

The reason that you experience these actions and thoughts is that you're forcing your beliefs on your life. You're forcing them to match your actions, which will result in you acting in ways that you don't really want. When you start to believe that you can do anything, then you will begin to experience things like success. Your actions and thoughts will begin to match your actions, which will give you a sense of satisfaction. The more your actions and thoughts match what you want, the more happiness you experience.

If you want to have a fulfilling life, don't just think about what you want but think about what you can actually get from doing what you want. Once you start forcing your beliefs to match what you want, you will find yourself happy even if you never believed it would happen. Just think about that - happiness. Happiness comes from within you. It comes from your beliefs, your actions, and your thoughts.

You can make your actions and thoughts tell you day after day that you will achieve everything that you ever wanted to. They can be as big as helping your friend get back together with her ex or as small as changing your mattress every few months. Your actions and thoughts are what keep you moving forward.

So how do you change your thoughts and actions so that you become happier? The first step is to believe in yourself and realize that you have everything that you need to be happy. This requires you to stop focusing on what you don't have and start focusing on what you do have. Once you believe that you have all the tools necessary to be happy, you can start using them to create a happy life.

If you think about being happy, tell yourself that you are. Keep telling yourself that until you come to believe it, you won't ever find true happiness. If you really want a happy life, then start using your imagination today to create a new day in your life. Begin learning how to use your imagination and create anything that will make you smile and help you to feel good about yourself. Think about the happiness that others have in their lives and you may find that you too can create it.
