Health Benefits of Challenges and How You Can Use Them to Your Advantage

Challenge yourself. Challenge yourself simply means going outside of your comfort zone for a period of time. Swimming (or almost any other outdoor activity) exposes you to new environments, new people, and many other things you probably haven't been exposed to in a while. At times, challenge yourself just by taking advantage of all the free time you have.


Having something to look forward to, gives your mind something to focus on besides whatever problem or issue you may be experiencing at that exact moment. This can really make you feel good. So what's so good about a challenge? It's good because it helps you to look at challenges differently. By seeing challenges differently, you can come up with new ways to approach them.

Let's look at two scenarios: You did something you weren't proud of last time, and you want to do something differently this time. In the first scenario, you may think to yourself, "There's no way I can do that. It's not me. It's the problem with my personality." In the second situation, you might say, "I can't live without this necklace my best friend gave me, but it's too embarrassing for me to wear it in public. I need a challenge."

Challenges are good because they change you. When you go through challenges, you become more mature and more comfortable. You become more willing to try something new. Because of this, challenges are very good for you. They give you an opportunity to learn and grow. And if you use this time to gain some knowledge about something you weren't familiar with, you will find it makes the experience a lot more enjoyable as well.

Here's one thing I like to do when I feel like challenging myself: I make time for myself by watching one thing for a period of time. I might watch television for an hour and a half. If I have time on my hands, I might even read a book for a couple of hours. Or I might play a game on my computer for a few hours.

The point I am trying to make is that there are a variety of ways that you can make time for yourself in your life. One of the challenges many people face is simply not having enough time. People have lives to lead and businesses to run. Most people don't have time to take care of themselves or their families. For these reasons, you may want to consider YouTube challenges, health benefits, blogging, writing, online games, crafts, music, dancing, speaking, etc., as some fun ways to challenge yourself.

If you are looking for a great thing that can give you a challenge, it is a good thing to look into YouTube and other websites where you can expose yourself to a variety of new ways of doing things. Some of these new ways can be scary at first, but they all become more interesting as you progress. When you step out in front of the camera, you may even come across a new personality that you didn't know existed! The point I am trying to make here is that there is always something to laugh about.


There is a lot about being a parent that most people never get to really experience. We may have wonderful memories and always make great memories with our children, but other times we are exhausted at home. If you are tired and just want something different to do or see, you should consider challenges. Having a good balance of being comfortable and being willing to take some risks can help you tremendously in life.
