Dealing With General Dissatisfaction in Your Life

Being generally dissatisfied with your current job, lack of skills or the wrong career path can be very depressing and annoying. If you find yourself feeling this way then I am certain that you have tried to resolve the problem by taking up a new job, changing careers or even doing something as drastic as quitting your job.


If your employer has made it clear that they want you to change jobs or work in a different department, this can be an excuse to change your career or leave the company. Many employers are prepared to make a compromise to get the most out of their employees. This is especially true if they feel that they have invested a lot in your performance.

What you may not know is that being generally dissatisfied is a very good sign and that there is something that you can do about it. If your career is suffering, it is likely that you are being frustrated and that there are things you can do to fix this problem.

The biggest problem when it comes to being generally dissatisfied is that you will be too embarrassed to ask for a promotion. Your lack of confidence will lead you to believe that you are simply not good enough.
