Just Some Morning Thoughts!
Not really going to be a long post as this was just something I was thinking about this morning and I wanted to get it out there. Please let me know your thoughts on this in the comments.
Many people post on Steemit and hope for a whale to come by and give them a big upvote. That is great but with that big vote, that leaves the thought of is someone going to come by and flag it down with the disagreement of rewards by their thinking, even if it was a great post and good content!
My thoughts on the subject is, I would love the big upvote as I turn most of my rewards into SP, I would like it even better if a whale or dolphin would just delegate me some SP so I could vote more and be able to spread the votes out more to people that are putting out great content. Is my thinking wrong on this or would it make more sense? I am not talking about self-voting here but curation that will help the platform.
That was just something that was on my mind for today. What are your thoughts on this and please leave your thoughts in the comments and let everyone know what you think?
I was lucky once and got an upvote by @blocktrades , it was really cool to see, of course I would want to get another one. But your idea on spreading votes seems more realistic, having multiple people doing this would all those up and coming content creators to be rewarded and this would also encourage them to keep producing content!
I too have had quite a few UPvotes by blocktrades- it makes me happy and renews my hope with steemit and the whales. The whole controversy about whales being "hoarders" make me true in some cases but not all. I see posts daily from minnows, even dolphins, on this subject; to each their own opinions and conclusions.

I use to self-upvote but stopped. I didn't really know better, now I do.
I just saw a whales yesterday who self-upvotes 80% of the time. Not sure how I feel about that... yet.

Yes, I have got lucky a few times and @blocktrades upvoted me also. If we could spread it around I think Steemit would do better and be much more fun to write content on the platform.
