Frustrated! Read This I Think It Will Help. Just A Little Encouragement.
You are posting every day and you are voting and commenting on others posts consistently and it all seems to be getting you nowhere. Your posts are getting 30 to 60 votes and the payout is .40 cents. You ask yourself why? It seems your posts are getting lost in the 1000's of posts out there. You are frustrated!

You are thinking I can use a bid bot and pay some votes and I will get a bigger payout. Yes, you can but will the amount you spend on the votes come back to you at payout or are you just making a bot richer as you get poorer if you do not know what you are doing. Do not go and do anything drastic.... Just hold to your course....
You have to remember that all the votes you are getting are from people just starting out on Steemit. Go to there blog and follow them and upvote there content and they will be able to build SP and be able to give you bigger votes. Those are the people you want they are following you because they like the content you are writing. Just support the little fish and they will support you back, you might every now and again get a big upvote from someone like @blocktrades or @ocd if you use the tag ocd-resteem as your last tag when you make a post, even @acidyo may drop in on your post and upvote. Go and find a community on a subject you like and get involved with that on discord. Many of the members will give you upvotes and help you out also.

Just be patient what you are doing is working, go find the newbies that are upvoting you and follow and vote them back. Keep on posting and commenting. We all started somewhere and many of us here on Steemit started just like most of the newbies are starting now with just a minimum amount of SP because they was not able to buy in like many did. I started that way and I am getting more and more SP every day. Just hold the course you are on it does get better. I hope this helps some of you guys out. Be Patient, I know that is hard but it will work.

So true! It's hard for me to not have a lot of SP because I want to vote here there and everywhere and have my vote be worth more, but, all in due time. Patience is a dying art!
I know the feeling your voting power only goes so far. I am glad I found the chrome extension for the vote slider. It helps me out alot. I think sometimes patience is a dead art not dying. LOL

It can be discouraging, especially if youre not investing real currency to buy your power. Remember thats how most of the whales got to be whales, investing quickly when this all began. People who were involved early were easy to find and often received big votes but as more of us join every day, its harder to get found.
Yes, When Steemit first started the price of Steem and SBD were cheaper than they are now. Now that more people have joined the prices have gone up which is good for those that invested early, kinda like bitcoin, if you remember that.
Nice encouraging post, I remember starting out and my upvoted was worth nothing which seemed like forever! Just kept commenting and the started post my own stuff and now it is nice to be able to upvoted good content and give them something for it!
Yes, it is! It grows as we grow as writers and content makers. It is never easy but good things are never easy.
