I have made an effort to create the life that I live, I am not rich and I am not born from a wealthy family.
I have simply made a decision to spend all of my free time doing things that make me feel happy. Yes sky diving isn't the cheapest hobby in the world, but I was spending as much as I do on skydiving, down the pub every weekend, so you CAN afford it if you cut out things you don't need!
That doesn't mean cutting out beer by the way, that would just be stupid, just buy it from a super market and whack it in the fridge! haha.

Surfing = free
Climbing = cheap, but can also be free
Wakeboarding - cheap if you ride at a cable park
Dog walks = free
Spending time with friends = free

Paddleboarding - after initial investment = free
Kite surfing – buy 2nd hand gear for cheap, then = free
