Hallo sahabat steemians.. berjumpa lagi di media steemit. Dan harapan saya, sahabat selalu dalam kesuksesan..

Masi seperti biasanya dalam artikel saya ini. Saya masih ingin membagi cerita dengan sahabat steemian tentang kuliner tradisional ACEH.

Kali ini saya ingin membahas tentang kue tentu nya.
kue tradisional yang populer dari jaman nenek moyang kami dahulu di ACEH

Kue tersebut mempunyai cita rasa sampai lupa diri saat mencicipi nya. ( nyan ban nekira aju ). 😂😂😂😂😂

Mari kita uraikan tentang kue tradisional aceh tersebut (timphan).

Kue satu ini merupakan kue tradisional masyarakat aceh yang sering di hidangkan pada saat hari-hari besar seperti hari raya islam dan hari besar lain nya.

Di daerah aceh Para ibu-ibu selalu membuat timphan, dan di hidang kan sebagai menu pembuka saat tamu-tamu yang berkunjung kerumah pada hari lebaran tiba.

Timphan sudah di kenal sejak jaman nenek moyang masyarakat aceh hingga sekarang sampai ke generasi yang akan datang akan tetap di pertahan kan karena kue tersebut adalah ciri khas dan bagian dari tradisi adat di provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam "ACEH"

Timphan memiliki citarasa tang sangat lezat sekali. Perpaduan rasa manis dan lembut memberikan sensasi yang yang sulit di ungkap kan pada saat kita makan.

Di dukung dengan isi di dalam timphan tersebut yang terbuat dari kelapa yang di parut dan selai srikaya tentu membuat rasa kue timphan semakin nikmat dan lezat. Selain itu teksturnya yang lembut dan halus dan aroma pisang semakin membuat rasa timphan ini komplit dengan perpaduan secangkir kopi atau teh manis .


Proses Pembuatan dan Bahan nya adalah :

Timphan adalah jenis kue basah. Yang terbuat dari bahan dasar pisang dan ketan. Pisang yang di gunakan dalam pembuatan timphan adalah pisang raja karena pisang tersebut raja saat di tumbuk pisang tersebut sangat halus dan memiliki aroma yang kuat.

Sedangkan untuk isi dalam timphan bisa terbuat dari kelapa parut yang suddah di tumis dengan gula dan daun pandan atau pun srikaya yang terbuat dari telor ayam di campur dengan santan kemudian di masak sampai menjadi selai.

Selain itu untuk kulit timphan adalah daun pisang yang masih muda. Karena daun pisang yang masih sangat muda itu bisa di lunturkan untuk di lipat dan juga mempunyai aroma khas saat timphan di kukus.
