The perfect grilled cheese sandwich every time.
Honestly this works so well, if you have not tried a George Foreman grill or similar you should!
Ideally you might wrap the sandwich in parchment paper, these non stick grills are not goof for your health, with the toxins and fluoride type nasties in the teflon.
Keeps the grill cleaner also but really clean up is easy on these.

It's amazing what you can discover just by throwing together simple ingredients. Case in point: I got a couple of cases of canned diced tomatoes and stored 'em. Recently, I threw a few spoonfuls of them together with some cooked rice, beans and a few spoonfuls of vegetables form a can and fried the whole thing for a few minutes.
It tasted really good! The tomatoes made an otherwise pedestrian meal go down nicely.
