'Grand Canyon National Park', Arizona

The 'Grand Canyon National Park' is located in 'Arizona' and is one of the oldests parks in the US.The 'Grand Canyon' is a deep steep gap cut out by water erosion of the 'coloradoriver' and its tributaries.The combination of its extent,richness of color and depth makes this one of the most amazing places in the world.It was put on the 'Lists of World Heritage Sites' in 1979.The size of the park is 1,901.972 sq mi; 492,608 ha; 4,926.08 km2.
