Cider Making Part 1 / Robimy Cydr Część 1

For some time I have been interested in wine making, I finally broke through and invested in my first wine.

I bought NFC juice, yeast and fermenter. The work began with a thorough washing to avoid infection fermenter, then I poured the juice and added sugar. I mixed before application of yeast and medium. Finally, I closed the fermenter to prevent oxygen from entering to the Cider. The whole started working after one day giving a pleasant though intense aroma.

I left the Cider in the basement for a month, in the meantime, overseeing it from time to time. In the next post I will tell about the taste impression and a specific recipe is under the photo.

For 30 liters:

• 26 liters of NFC juice
• 5 kilos of sugar
• Yeast, I used Cider yeast
• Medium, I used Activit
• Add water to 30 litres
• Leave for about 1.5 months
• bottle, hold, consume.

Od jakiegoś czasu interesuję się winiarstwem, w końcu przełamałem się i zainwestowałem w moje pierwsze wino.

Kupiłem sok NFC, drożdże i fermentator. Pracę zacząłem od dokładnego umycia fermentatora aby uniknąć zakażenia, następnie wlałem sok i dodałem cukier. Całość wymieszałem przed aplikacją drożdży i pożywki. Na koniec zamknąłem fermentator aby uniemożliwić dostęp tlenu do nastawu. Całość rozpoczęła pracę po jednym dniu dając przyjemny chociaż intensywny zapach.

Nastaw pozostawiłem w piwnicy na miesiąc, w międzyczasie doglądając go co jakiś czas. W kolejnym wpisie opowiem o wrażeniach smakowych. Poniżej przepis

Na 30 litrów:

• 26 litrów soku NFC
• 5 kilo cukru
• Drożdże, użyłem Cider yeast
• Pożywka, użyłem pożywki Activit
• Dopełnić wodą
• Pozostawić na koło 1,5 miesiąca
• Zabutelkować, trzymać, spożywać.
