Hi! My name is Nina!!

Hey y'all! A good friend and colleague of mine (@aace234, go check out his stuff and upvote!) told me about how great an opportunity it would be if I signed up on Steemit. After some research and seeing how nice the community here was, I went ahead and decided to sign up. Let's get on with that intro, shall we?

My name is Nina, and ironically enough, people still find ways to shorten that. Take your pick: Nin, Ne, 'Na... It gets funnier when it gets shorter, and it does get pretty short. I'm lucky to be doing the two things that I love for a living: drawing, and writing.

First off, I am a freelance illustrator! My main income comes from art commissions. Name a thing, and I'll do my best to draw it the way we both like it (I say "we" because I'm a really big perfectionist, haha!). I've recently created a Facebook page for my art, and you can check it out by clicking the link at the end of this article! Here's a sample of my work:

I'm also a freelance writer, which is the next best thing I could be, considering I graduated from a course of Creative Writing. I may not be in total control of what I create, but just knowing I can keep my passion alive while earning is pretty fulfilling. I can't be more thankful for it, honestly. It can get a bit rough (like crazy work hours, deadlines, really indecisive clients), but I wouldn't have it any other way.
