I don't believe luck exists somewhere, I believe luck can be created anywhere and anyone can do that easily because to me, luck is when opportunity meets preparation and chances meet readiness. Luck doesn't have to be lucky and you don't have to be lucky to get luck.
You just need to be prepared and ready man and you can easily catch up with luck.
Luck is more predictable, if you want more luck, take more chances be more active and show up more often
