One unavoidable consequence when you’re running an internet-based business is the zero loyalty. You only have two choices : be the best or leave the business, otherwise you will only spend your time and money for nothing.
Andy Grove, the CEO of Intel once said “Only the Paranoid Survive”. His saying has become popular among companies in order to survive (later on, Andy wrote a book with that statement as the title).
In this era, where every individual is well connected with one another, Andy’s statement has become more relevant since the gap between your company/product/service with your competitors’ is just one click away. Once your competitors provide better products/services, everybody will instantly leave you…. Just like that.
