Consistent, Committed and Do real work - Energy for Steem

It's been dragging on in the ocean of Steem, time is counting longer and I feel even more left behind. There are so many things that I have to learn and I have to update a lot on the latest information. I need to do the extra work so I can catch up. If you want to improve then do your best performance, I have to start doing real work.

I'm constantly learning from people who have been developing jobs at Steemit for a long time. I try to communicate with anyone, I have a target and I have a commitment. I need to get up and take action, I have to make an effort to be able to make real work happen. I have to create programs and create projects to support the Steem Community.

Recently I communicated with several Steem Community Leaders, I took the liberty to ask some points that I didn't understand at all before. I was about to study some community and I was trying to fit in. Previously I had chosen from a number of Communities to join only a few communities. So far I have posted content in 4 Communities, including the Indonesian Community, the Steem Sea Community, the Steem Schools Community and the Steem Promo Community. I have tried to contribute briefly with the leader of each community, each community has its own goals and characteristics. I had a strong determination to contribute to the community and I started to learn about the potential that I had. The hope is that in the future I will be able to create a new breakthrough.

But I have to choose one of the four communities to contribute further, Slowly I learn where my talents are more likely to be displayed. I prefer to post on the Steem Schools community, I also want to organize a program and promote this Community to be more popular. I try to take steps to increase my ability to commit. I'm trying to take actions that support the development of this Community and I'm trying to make a lot of changes to create a realistic program.

I am also actively doing Promo-Steem, inviting people to join Steemit. Not just inviting them to join, but I want to invite them to create content. I am willing to help and guide the newcomers who have joined Steemit. Even though I haven't become a member in the two Communities, it doesn't discourage me from doing those activities. Introducing Steemit and inviting new users to join Steemit has become my daily life. I continue to gather with Steemit users and communicate and share experiences with them.

Talking consistently and commitment is interesting, but again there are things that really support both of them. Everything does not stand alone, we need support for support in realizing the determination that we have planned. We could have designed the program in such a way, but if there is no one to support it then it will be difficult to realize it. Can it run smoothly? we can run the program itself but not very optimally. Many of the works that we have displayed are of no value, so we need support so that all of them have value and all of them need real proof. Hope that there will be special attention to Community Leaders as well as moderators. I really need guidance and direction in planning programs and helping to complete certain projects.
