Belajar Brewing Kopi | Brewing Coffee Manually (Bilingual)

Sejenak menghabiskan waktu malam bersama teman-teman, mereka adalah pecinta kopi sedangkan saya hanyalah penikmat kopi saja. Dalam pertemuan ini ada perbedaan dari biasanya, mungkin ini adalah moment pertama dalam cerita hidup saya. Biasanya kita selalu memesan kopi yang disediakan di sebuah warung kopi atau caffee, pada moment ini teman-teman saya justru membawa biji kopi dan alat coffee maker milik mereka sendiri. Bagi saya moment ini unik sekali, ini adalah hal yang baru saya mengalaminya selama saya menikmati kopi. Mungkin ini adalah hal yang baru bagi orang-orang yang belum mengenal kopi secara mendalam, tapi ini adalah hal sudah terbiasa dilakukan oleh mereka para pecinta kopi. Sebut saja mereka adalah aktivis kopi, mereka sudah sangat mengetahui tentang seluk-beluk kopi.

For a moment spent the night with friends, they are coffee lovers while I'm just a coffee connoisseur. In this meeting there is a difference from the usual, maybe this is the first moment in my life story. Usually we always order coffee provided at a coffee shop or caffee, at this moment my friends just bring coffee beans and their own coffee maker tool. For me this moment is very unique, this is a new thing I experienced during my coffee. Maybe this is new for people who do not know coffee in depth yet, but this is something they are accustomed to doing by coffee lovers. Call it they are coffee activists, they are very aware about the ins and outs of coffee.

Awalnya saya pikir biasa saja terhadap mereka para pecinta kopi, menikmati segelas kopi layaknya kita pesan kopi hitam di warung kopi manapun. Saya begitu tercengang setelah mengetahui beberapa fakta tentang kopi, saya baru tau ternyata kopi begitu mewah. Bukan segelas kopi yang harus kita bahas, Tetapi bagaimana proses pembuatan dan cara menikmati kopi. Semua punya ukuran dan takaran yang harus diperhatikan, tidak dibuat sera cuma-cuma. Jika kita berbicara tentang harga kopi mungkin tidak begitu mahal, tetapi media dan prosesnya saja yang membuat kopi ini mewah dan mahal. Mungkin kita semua punya cara sendiri menikmati kopi, begitu pula dengan mereka para pecinta kopi. Kita tidak perlu heran jika kita melihat para komunitas pecinta kopi yang tersebar dimana-mana.

At first I think it's normal for them coffee lovers, enjoy a glass of coffee as we order black coffee in any coffee shop. I was so stunned after knowing some facts about coffee, I just found coffee was so luxurious. Not a cup of coffee that we have to discuss, but how the process of making and how to enjoy coffee. All have size and dosage to watch out for, not made for free sera. If we talk about the price of coffee may not be so expensive, but the media and the process alone that makes coffee is luxurious and expensive. Maybe we all have our own way of enjoying coffee, as well as those coffee lovers. We shouldn't be surprised if we see the community of coffee lovers scattered everywhere.

Inilah kenikmatan rasa dalam segelas kopi hasil dari "brewing" Saya sendiri secara manual. Sebenarnya hasilnya tidak terlalu menggoda layaknya kopi "brew" yang disajikan di caffee mewah. Ini hanyalah "Brewing" sederhana saja, hanya sekedar mencoba dan belajar dari mereka yang sudah mahir mengolah kopi. Dari proses tersebut saya belajar banyak tentang kopi, ternyata kopi begitu mewah. Wajar saja jika banyak orang yang bercerita tentang kopi, semua orang tentu punya cerita unik masing-masing tentang kopi. Bukan tentang rasanya saja, tetapi sejauh mana mereka paham tetang kopi. Kopi itu memang hitam, tapi ada rasa unik di setiap gelas kopi.

This is the pleasure of taste in a coffee copy of the results of my own "brewing" manually. Actually the result isn't too tempting like a coffee "brew" served in a luxury caffee. This is just a simple "Brewing" course, just try and learn from those who are good at processing coffee. From that process I learned a lot about coffee, it turns out coffee is so fancy. Naturally, if many people talk about coffee, everyone would have their own unique story about coffee. Not about the taste, but the extent to which they understand coffee. The coffee is indeed black, but there is a unique flavor in every cup of coffee.
